Can you use Paypal with a Visa gift card? - visa gift card brasil
Trying to buy something outside of eBay to create a Paypal account and a Visa Gift Card i connected. But when I click on my account that my balance is zero. I checked the Visa card to make, they would have more money in it and that's it. So how is it that says there is no money in my account or do not work with a Visa gift card.

In fact, there is no money in your account, your account is linked to the Visa gift card. If you buy something and try to use PayPal, we will use the money from Visa. :)
